ALBERT FUNK

        Funeral services for Albert Funk, 67, of 402 W. Oak Lane will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, from Immaculate Conception Church.
The Rev. Vincent Sedita will officiate. Burial will be in Goos Cemetery under direction of Johnson Funeral Home.
Visitation at the funeral home begins at 10 a.m. today, Dec. 4, with a rosary at 7:30 p.m.
Mr. Funk died at 3 a.m. Tuesday in his residence.
He was a great-grandson of Capt. and Mrs. Daniel Goos, early settlers in the Lake Charles area. He was a lifetime resident of Lake Charles.
Mr. Funk was a maintenance supervisor for Southern Amusement Services. In recent years, he was an employee of E and M Sports Center. He served in the Army Air Corps in World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bobbie Funk, and five sisters, Annie Goos Funk, Oma Floy Funk, Bessie Heflin, Della Bel Vick, Marie Derouen, all of Lake Charles.
