F. Gallaugher of Lake Charles is dead at 94

        Francis V. Gallaugher, 94, of 711 Shell Beach Drive died at 11 a.m. today, Nov. 7 in a local hospital.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Hixson Funeral Home.
A native of Lake Charles, Mr. Gallaugher was a retired accountant.
Survivors include two sons, Frank A. Gallaugher of Jennings and Patrick D. Gallaugher of Lake Charles; two daughters, Mrs. Lewis Dunn and Mrs. W. H. Bradshaw, both of Lake Charles, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Gallaugher services are held today

        Funeral services for Francis V. Gallaugher, 94, of 711 Shell Beach Drive were at 2 p.m. today, Nov. 8, from Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Msgr. Louis Boudreaux, pastor, officiated. Burial was in Goos Cemetery under direction of Hixson Funeral Home.
Mr. Gallaugher, a lifelong resident of Lake Charles, died Thursday in a local hospital.
An accountant, he was a stockholder in Lake Charles Power and Light Co., forerunner of Gulf States Utilities Co.
He was a charter member of Calcasieu Council 1207, Knights of Columbus.
