Lyn Meyerson Hammann born in Shreveport, LA on October 15, 1946 and died in Houston, Texas on June 24, 2007. Lyn graduated from Centenary College and was a teacher in elementary education. Her life’s work was focused on nurturing her young students and caring for her family. Left to celebrate her life is her husband of thirty-nine years, Buddy; sons, Buddy IV and wife Melanie and Brandon; grandchildren, Quinton and Makayla; mother Rose Meyerson and brother Bill Meyerson. Lyn was also blessed with a very large circle of friends that rallied to her side during the final months of her life. Graveside services and internment will be in the family cemetery in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
